Upgrading nwds

Hi all,

I want to upgrade my NWDS 7.0.6 to 7.0.13 .Please let me know how to do this?

I downloaded the SP13 from market palce.

Whether I have to unistall old version and then run the exe of the new version

or

Directly run the exe file of the new version.

Please let me know what to do?

run the exe and it will ask to you make another instance or simply upgrade... you will get to know

Hi Rajesh,

Run the exe - you can choose either of 'Upgrade' or 'Uninstall' options.

Upgrade will take less time but Uninstall is a cleaner process.

If you fo go for uninstall first, ensure that eclipse installation folder is empty & then install fresh.

Always start the NWDS in a new workspace after upgrading your IDE.
