hi
please run a report bbp_check_consistency (se38) for that user for scor po.
you must get a green color . if the result is red color double click you may get to know what was the reason like missing attribute or user expired like that..
check it up.
bbp_check_users .hope that you tried to repair the user.
you have an error.
are you sure that this user is existing in org structure as well as check the valididty date of the user in su01
what is the repair level - green/red/yellow 1or 2 or 3?
any one deleted that user from organisation structure?
regards
Muthu

Hi,
Please perform the below steps:-
1- Goto TCode SE16 Enter Table SWWUSERWI Put the User_ID (for which you are performing repairing) and Execute.
This will give the list of the work items which are pending(Open) in the useru2019s mail.
2- Now take the WI_IDs from the workitem list and Goto TCode SWIA and put those WI_IDs into the identification field and Execute.
3- Check for the Status u201CReadyu201D.
4- And Note the Shopping Cart Numbers.
By doing this activity you will get all the open shopping carts of that User.
Hope this will resolve your problem.
Regards,
Sachin
This is the whole procedure, If you have any query please get back to me
Hi
It seems the user has some shopping carts which require confirmation. To know the open PO and shopping carts of the user, go to txn 'Confirm goods/services centrally' in portal, go to Extended Search and select the 'Requester' field value with the user you want to search. Execute a search and you should be able to find the PO and SC's for the user.
Regards,
Sanjeev
