Known reasons are:
- remote computer has DEC Ultrix as an operating system: The name
of the computer of the print editor must be contained in the file
/etc/hosts.lpd of the remote computer and the print editor must run
under user ID 0 (root).
please help me to resolve issue ASAP.

I guess you are using remote printing, and the error says:Queue GBDAL11CAPS104 disabled
Please enable the remote queue from /etc/qconfig file as root user.
Use the following command:
enable <queue name>
To check whether the queue is up/down use:
lpstat -p<queue name>.

as per u r suggestion i have

Hello Mohsin,
If this is remote printing please first check if you are able to connect to destination host. This can be done in SPAD. If that is fine then check if the printer itself is working fine. I mean don't check for SAP print outs but normal window printouts.
