Maintanance Optimizer Problem

Hi All,

I have installed solman 7.0 and configure maintanance optimizer.When I go to use mantanance optimizer and create a new transaction and enter basic data e.g ECC 6.0 and go to next step , Select Files.In this step he gives me an error "No customer numbers in transaction AISUSER".

When I go for error log :

Diagnosis

There are no entries with a customer number in the 'Customer Number' field in the table AISUSER.

System Response

You cannot get customer number-specific RFC destinations.

Procedure

Maintain these entries manually or start the report

SMBI_AISUSER_VAR_MIG to copy any existing customer number from the table AISDK_CF_OSS_USR.

I have run this report but the same problem exists.

In T-code section when I have run AISUSER ,it show me 3 fields :

user :soltest

sap customer no: ??? ( How I removed this field ?)

Be advised that the IMG has "SAP Solution Manager" section that will take you thru the steps necessary to properly set up Sol Man (or at least get past these basic items).

Also, never hurts to read the install and configuration guides for Sol Manager that are on SAP site as many questions would be answered by this effort.

Hi Amit Saroha

Customer number given by SAP should be maintained in Solution Manager in the table AISAPCUSTNOS, also the schedule the background job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT from SPRO IMG guide.

You can see your customer number in Service marketplace under your profile.

Hi Naveen,

As you mentioned Customer number given by SAP should be maintained in Solution Manager in the table AISAPCUSTNOS, (When I chach this table no entries maintained here)

also the schedule the background job REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT from SPRO IMG guide. ( this job is already scheduled)

But the problem is as it is.I m not be able to use my maintanance optimizer to confirm the files in download manager.Is ther any note related to this Error No customer numbers in transaction AISUSER

Hi,

If values are maintained in the table then you can manually enter your customer number in 001 client. After maintaining the customer number value, in AISUSER you can able to select the customer number using F4 option.

This will solve your issue

when I go to client 001 and try to maintain entry in table "AISAPCUSTNOS" in SM31,an error occured as "The maintenance dialog for AISAPCUSTNOS is incomplete or not defined".

Ok,

you need your service marketplace number to load down the support packages and sps.

Log in your normal development client in for your productive client in your productive system.

0.

1. call SPRO

2. call transaction scpr20

activate :

SOLMAN40_MOPZ_TTYP_SLMO_000

SOLMAN40_CHARM_PROXYFACT_001

3. Call SPRO Action:

SOLMAN_MAINT_OPTIMIZ (Check the help there is a link to combining USer with marketplace user.

or call transaction AISUSER in your dev client.

Define your Solution and combine your SAP User with your SAP Marketplace User

Check also note 1024932.

Then it should be work.

For installing SPS you must get a maintenance certificate.

Check this table V_AISAPCUSTNOS, whether you are able to open it using SM30.

hat happened?

The exception 'CX_SOCM_NOT_IMPLEMENTED' was raised, but it was not caught

anywhere along

the call hierarchy.

Since exceptions represent error situations and this error was not

adequately responded to, the running ABAP program

'CL_CHM1_CHANGE_REQU_INSTANCE==CP' has to be

terminated.

but problem remain the same,

How We maintain the entries in this table?

sorry i forgot it to say.

may be you must activate all 3 bc sets again after installing sps 15.

Hello Amit,

in AISUSER t-code, just complete the user and contact personn field. The cutomer number is not necessary and then click on the green button just in the left of the t-code field.

It works for me so tell me back if it works.
