Error when trying to create Delivery

Hi SAP Gurus

When trying to create delivery from Sales order(Va02>Sales document>Delivery),it is taking to Delivery(Vl01n).But there at the initial screen itself it is displaying the error message"Order doesnot exist"

Kindly let me know where could be the issue.

Dear Sushmitha

First check in document flow for that sale order. Then go to VOV7, select your item category and see what is maintained for the field "Billing Relevance". It should have been A

I have checked the doc flow and could see no blocks.

No reason for rejections.

Also seen VOV7 and checked for the item cat details.I could see "H-delivery Related Billing-No Zero Quantities" maintained for Billing Relevance field.

Hi

Change the billing relevence to A delivery related billing and try and your issue will most propably get settled

Check schedule lines in sales order, whether the date confirmed in sales document falls in future.

I have checked the sc.lines aswell and the date is 9th of Jan 2008.

Check in VBAK table whether the order exist. The sale order may not saved due to some performance issue. If so contact your BASIS administrator
