Outgoing certificate

Hi Experts,

Can anybody please tell me.

My scenario is as follow:

1. Released Certificate Profile in QC01.

Mantain MIC with Result selection level 1, Result origin 01 , Short Text origin 01 , Inspec.spec origin 01, Strategy for skip 01,Text Element 0001.

Material Assigenment with origin 10 & Inspection type 10.

2. Certificate Profile Assignement in QC15 with material/customer key combination

3. Maintain Output condition record in VV21 with output type LQCB & key combination Sales orgnization/Cutomer where function is SP, Medium 1, Date/Time 3

Created sales order---Created & Released Production orderDone confirmation with Goods movement-save outbound dilevery--RR & UD for Inspection lot---PGI.

Then I go for certificate create but system shows following error.

No messages for initial processing exist

Where I am wrong.

Please helpout...............

dear raja,

Are you using the standard form or have u developed the form. If you are using the standard i think you need to use this form, QM_QCERT_01. maintain this is Qc02 and also VV22

Dear raja,

Please maintain the layout in QC02 in Assigned Layout name (form name) and also in VV22. Click on the communication button and maintain layout in print setting Form.

Create a new lot and see. still not working send me the screen shots of all the setting you have done. You will get my id in bussiness card and or you can call me also

I did not maintain Layout module in VV21.

I have got Quality certificate using QC21.

Dear raja

I have tested this and found working.

In QC20 keep the output type blank. Transmission medium as 1 , Sort order as 01, and processing mode as 01. Make sure that you have the shipping point delivery number available . it will take you to Output from deliveries. Select and execute.

I execute in QC20 as u said but in vain. same error occur. Any other solution.
