Check which user that has confirmed corrections

I've just started working with SAP Basis and Solution Manager, but have attended the ADM100 course.

In my SAP enviroment we have a lot of clients (maybe around 30), and the need to check who has actually confirmed corrections is growing. The only problem is that I don't know how to do this.

If someone knows of a transaction code that let's me search for corrections that have been confirmed, let's say in the last 2 weeks, and show which user that have confirmed them (preferably also specify the client) then I would be very greatful!

Are you talking about Service desk or CHARMS scenario of solman.

If so execute crm_dno_monitor with Closed tick..

It will display al the ticket with confirmed or closed status.

You specify the date range also..

Let me knw in case of more help and provide more input if it is smthng else.

Hello, and thanks for a very quick reply!

As far as I know, we have the CHARMS scenario.

CRM_DNO_MONITOR is the transaction I use when I need to check if there is new CR's that I have to transport. I have tried to fiddle about with it to get it to show confirmed corrections, but with no luck.

When you say "If so execute crm_dno_monitor with Closed tick", do you mean to set the "Status" to "Completed"?, if yes: this doesn't show anything.

In my CRM_DNO_MONITOR I have the folloing options:

Hi,

Yes COMPLETED was the status I was talking about as it is the final status for the Change doc.

If you are using the std CHARMS then transaction Type is SDCR.

Enter this and press execute you will get the list of closed SDCR or Confirmed corrections.

Hm...

I haven't gotten it to work as you have described, but I found a very ugly way of getting what I want, and for our SAP setup it works in 99% of the cases. By running CRM_DNO_SERVICE_MONITOR and making a new layout that include use satus = confirmed, date, transaction description and sales rep, then I'm able to see who has transported what, based upom the Sales Rep.

There is probably a much better way to do this, but at least I got it to work, thanks so much for you help!
