consignment pickup error-negative PM not possible

Dear Experts,

This is a consignment pick up issue.

The user has created a consignment fill up order, with reference to the CF order, he is trying to create a pickup. but the system is throwing an error "Transaction SAVE with negative PM is not possible". what can be the reasons behind this system behaviour?

Dear Raj

Never come across with the error what you had indicated.

For information, the standard process of fillup is as follows:-

- Create Fillup Order (KB)

- Fillup Delivery (LF)

- Fillup Proforma (F8)

The stage what you have indicated is consignment pickup which should be done with reference to proforma. That is in VA01, after giving the sale order type KA and sales area, you need to refer above F8 document and should have executed.

Have you done as above ?? If not, please brief the process.

The process flow I would explain. Consignment fill up is done. with reference to CF, consignment issue and then returns, pickup. the user is able to create the consignment pickup but the error message's cause is to be found out.
