Archived delivery still linked to sale order

Dear All,

I have a scenario in which I created a delivery for the one of the 8 line items in the sale order. The item contains a serial number.

Now after doing the PGI , I wanted to cancel the delivery.

I did the goods reversal and deleted the Delivery document. The delivery document was deleted/archived as per the system.

I can still see the archived delivery document in the document flow of the sale order. Due to this, the system mentions a subsequent document for the line item and is blocking the serial number attached to it.

How can I release the serial number attached to the document or how can I make the line item open again.

Report WS_CORR_VBFA_LIEF_01 could help to delete the incorrect document flow entry.

Dear Smile,

Thank you for the suggestion, I was able to delete the document flow of the sale order.

Now my second problem is that in the equipment master the serial number is still attached to this delivery. Any clues on that is any.
