Hi All,
I am configuring CHARM in solman 7.0 sp 15. i already configured Service Desk successfully with all standard setting. For CHARM configuration , i followed:-- /people/dolores.correa/blog/2008/07/26/first-steps-to-work-with-change-request-management-scenario created by Dolores Correa.
So what are next steps (Functional & Tech) for completion of CHARM activity.
In SPRO > Ext. config(CHARM)>Define Partner Determination Procedure Is it same as in services Desk or i need to do it again for Charm.
In nutshell, is all SPRO activity require to perform again which match with service desk or not ?
please suggest.
Thanks
Andrew

The partner funtions that are involved are Change Manager, IT Operator, Developer, Tester, Requester.
Please go through one ChaRM cycle, that would help you to understand and you can decide on which partner function would be necessary for your organization.
Hope this solves your problem.
Feel free to revert back.

Hi,
Partner Determination for SDCR (CHange Request)
Scenario-Specific Settings --> Change Request Management --> Extended Configuration --> Change Transaction --> Transaction Types --> Transaction Types --> Define Partner Determination Procedure
Select SDCR0001
Select Partner Functions in Procedure. There you can see 4 Partner functions viz., Sold-to-Party, Requester,Change Manager, Change Advisory Board. These partners will be visible in any Change Request (SDCR) in CRMD_ORDER.
You can add any new partner functions using the button "New Entries"
The Column Changeable in Addr. Means this will be an editable field when you open message in CRMD_ORDER.
User Interface setting will allow you to display any four of the "Partner functions" you created using the above procedure.
Hope this solves you problem.
What are you looking at in Actions for ChaRM, Elaborate.
Feel free to revert back.
