Dear Friends,

I had a typical requirement from my client.Plz. help in solving the issue

Any new Customer is created under High Risk Category with a credit limit of Rs.50000.00

After one year by reviewing the transactions like his repayment and turnover of the customer, if it founds ok then system should automatically change the Risk Category of the customer to Medium or Low Risk.

If the repayment and turnover is not good then the system should not promote to other Risk Categories.

There should not be any manual interventions either from Consultant or from the End User side.

As far my knowlege is concerned, it is not possible that system will automatic update the credit limit..

Hi,

Except new customer credit limit creation & one yera overview, I don't think the rest request can be met without manual interventions.
