Dear Frieds

I am configuranting the Maintenance Optimizer, but when I want to create a new request, this shows the following warning :

Status was reset by system

There is already a transaction for the systems of this product version

Could youplease help me?

Try to change the discription of new request you are creating. A duplicate description (of default description) may cause such issue

Do you see any additional log in SM21? Can you post more details, also try to log out and log back in again and see if still an error, may be some unsaved entry from earlier login still persists.

In the SM21 transaction no show error.

This seems to be a bug in Sol Man, did you upgrade the kernel after installation, also update the support pack not done yet.

Anyways, this is a warning message and can be ignored.

Either try to Discard the existing Maintainence Optimizer Transaction or you can set its status to Complete.

I think you cannot create a new transaction for the same product version while you already have one open.
