Which client to use after new installation?

We have installed a Solman 7.0 test system with ABAP and Java stack.

Which client should be given to the users for testing & R&D such as for creating projects, linking other systems etc ?

Currently we have 000, 001 and 066. Should we release one of these or do we create a new client and give them? If we have to create a new client, which client should we copy?

Both ABAP and Java stacks will be used for R&D

Please follow the SAP Reference IMG in SPRO. It will tell you what to copy.

Hi Markus,

Yes, I came across this thing in SPRO while performing the post-inst right now ...

It says that client 001 can be used for productive use and it can be copied if a new client is required.
