You check it as in all other operating systems:

java -version

(as user root).

Install the latest version from http://www.hp.com/go/java

I suggest:

Read the installation guide - troubleshooting section. It will tell you where to find the logfiles.

You can use "pg" or "vi" to read the files.

You are running out of space in tablespace PSAPSR370. You need to add a datafile to this tablespace and continue with the installation.

Hi,

log in with user root... and execute vgdisplay.. you will be getting the the information about in which volume group you have free PE. Check for the sapdata1 mountdir (oracle/<SID>sapdata1) for which volue group is assigned. Most of the times if you have no space available in sapdata1 & sapdata2 you will be getting space issues. check for the space and try as suggested by the Eric.

Thanks

Hi,

After checking the vgdisplay if there are free PE(Volume Groups) then you extend the specific LV (Eg dev/vg01/sapdata1). For this you can use SAM utility for extending FS.

Thanks,

Thanks for your reply,

I remenber that at the time of SAP Installation .When It ask in Database Advanced options

I Put value in MaxDatafile size 2000 .

So I think that in this space problem comes. but i have add data file via Oracle alter command.

Now my installation has been completed.

But now If i want to increase Maxdatafile size from 2000 to 10000.

How it is possible..

Thanks

Manu

Thanks for all. I was limit the space in SAM Logical Volume.

Now it is autoextended.

Now My Problem has been been solved.

Thanks for your reply.
