Error in Sales order

Dear Friends,

I am facing an error while entering the material in the line item.....error is "version 0 is not defined for fiscal year 2009".......how to proceed?....Thanks in advance........

Some datas related to your Controlling Area seems to be missing which you can check in OKEQ

Dear Kumar,

This occurs when the controlling area isn't linked to the fiscal year in question. A simple configuration could take care of it through

T-Code: OKEV

Hi Kumar,

go to path Controlling/Activity Based Costing/Planning/Maintain Versions. Maintain 0 version for yr 2009 in setting for each fiscal yr.

Hope this helps, else consult ur FICO consultants.........
