1. scheduling - if you untick then network activity of any type (internal, external, service or cost will not be applicable for scheduling - basically no scheduling)
2. cost - if you untick then acticvity is not cost relevant - no costing
3. gen costs - tick this if you want activity to be cost activity
4. confirmations - if you do not want to allow confirmations, or may want to allow confirming the activity then set the option here
5. sch ext op - you can schedule external activity using this check box
6. service - activate service function
7. ext processing - activate external processing activity function
