Email receiving problem

Hi Experts,

Hi Have a problem while receiving the email.

I can able to see the mail information in SOST without any errors, but mail is not coming to my outlook.

Please give me valuable suggestions.

Hi,

In SOST, select the pending email and click the execute button. Then you check the outlook, if still not coming properly, in [SCOT configuration |https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/b03d0983-bda1-2b10-c09c-e93bb9956055]not done properly. i.e. like ip Address of the sender may not be assigned in the server.

Hi Chandu,

Please check if the program to process email is set in "Settings" --> "Inbound Processing". Also the background job to send mail to mailbox is scheduled properly.

Refer to OSS note 455140 for detialed process.

Make sure the node in SCOT is active. Secondly check the send log.

Hi,

Every thing was set. no errors in SCOT. Mail is not coming to outlook
