FileReceiver communcation channel inactive even after the status is Active

Hi,

i am not able to find whats the problem. i have activated the communation channel and the status is also Active. still when i do a CC monitoring it shows as the CC is inactive.

i have refereshed the cache.

CPA referesh is also done

modified and activated again and again

object is not locked

can some one tell what can be the problem

Hi Deepika,

Can you please try to send a message using this File reciever. And let us know what is the error.

Some times, the adapter becomes active when we send a message.

I observed this before.

HI Deepika,

Is the yellow status is just for your CC or for all File receivers ?

If its just in your case, try to create a new Receiver CC and see if it helps.

Hi Deepika,

If you channel is stopped in the CC monitoring, you can start your CC there itself.

no.. i have not stopped in CC monitoring.. still i refreshed again. its fine

So, you see GREEN status with the Short Log as "Communication channel is correctly configured and started" against your comm channel in CC moni. right ?

No it is yellow color "Communication channel started but inactive" even though the CC is in active status

I think I had the same problem before, but couldn't remember what exactly I did for it. Either mine worked after I tried it again the next day, or

you just try to send a message through which might make the cache be refreshed?
