Clear WM stock

Hello

One issue u2013 there is stock in LS24 in 901 only. No TRu2019s and TOu2019s in the system. No pending PCN. Same quantity is available in MMBE.

How to clear WM stock for this.

Hi,

901 storage type is GR area for production .Please create TO through LT01 & transfer material to desired bin.By this it will pick material from 901& do putaway in the given bin. After confirming TO IM & WM stock will be in sync.

There must be some TO which was cancelled.

Further if physically this stock is not there then create inventory document & show 100% deficit in enter count (LI11) i.e empty count

Clear WM differences through LI20 & then IM by LI21

Your question is not too clear. Why do you want to "clear" the stock? Does this stock exist physically or not? First this should be checked I think.

If it physically exists and WM stock is inharmony with IM you only have to move it to the proper place (bin).

If the stock do not exists physically you should investigate why it exists in the system. Isn't it possible that some made a GR against a PrdOrd by mistake (or to early)?

You can "clear" the stock in several way based on why the stock should be "cleared".E.g. you can cancel the PrdOrd (CO13) or you can do a physical inventory.

But only because you have stock in 901 w/o TR, PCN you don't have to "clear" anything, except the situation (should be made clear).
