Automatic Printing of Sales Order on creation

Hi,

How can we stop the automatic printing of Sales Order on creation by VA01.

Wht can be the possible reasons beyond this.

Go VP01, Select sales, select your condition type (for order) 'uncheck' print immediately. Then try..

No ...its already unchecked there.

Please ensure you select the right output condition type.

Check with ABAPer, any code written.. I believe this may be the reason

Follow this:

IMG - Sales and Distribution - Basic Functions - Output Control - Output Determination - Output Determination Using the Condition Technique - Maintain Output Determination for Sales Documents - Assign Output Determination Procedures

Select Allocate sales document header - select - OR (Standard Order) & remove the Output Procedure & Output type...

This would definitely dolve your problem...

How can you say that the output procedure assignment should be removed to fix this? If the OR assigned a mail message / the user wants to print at schedules... Without procedure assignment, how do you acheive this?

Please check the requirement maintained for the condition type in control data in output procedure? I believe any new routine maintained here. Remove the requirement and try..If the same problem happening please redo the assignment.

Hi

please do check Output determination procedure assignment to sales document part in output control of basic functions.

You can remove your output detmn procedure there.

Hi,

In Tcode VV11 when you maintain the condition records for output, under 'communication' do not check 'Print imediately' field.

Also check date column in overview screen if the value is 4 then it prints output immediately.

I hope your problem will be resolved.

Check in VV12, and change Date/time column setting from 4 to as per your requirement.
