Hello,
Check this link
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/78/20244134a56532e10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm
and first step check whether the business systems exists for the current system in SLD.

That's not entirely true. The first step is the execution of the function LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS, which shows a list of ALL business systems in the SLD. In the next step (LCR_GET_OWN_BUSINESS_SYSTEM) the business system of the integration server is retrieved.
Your logging of TS SLDCHECK shows that the first step fails, which means that either your SLD customising (TS SLDAPICUST) is not correct or your destinations of LCRSAPRFC, SAPSLDAPI en SAP_UC (TS SM59) contain an error.
Can you please verify that these 4 steps are correctly configured by testing the connection?
Also note that the registered server programs the RFC destinations refer to point to the correct client. Check this in the Visual Administrator (NW04 and NW04s) or the NWA (NW07).
