Internet Sales With R3

Hi,

I'm very new to both SAP and WAS but I'm doing my best through documentation to get our website up. Actually everything seems to work okay except for the shopping basket. When I create a new shopping basket and add items I don't get any decription or price. When I click on "To Order" then the description and pricing appears.

I checked the Trace and there are no errors and at the same time I don't see any calls being made to SAP when i add items to my basket.

Im using ISA 4.0 Support package 9

R/3 Backend 4.7

J2EE engine version SAP J2EE Engine/6.40 PatchLevel 100627.313

Thanks

Rocco,

I guess ISA depends very much on configuration.

In our environment that is excactly the way ISA should behave. The shopping basket takes the data from the catalogue and there are no prices in the catalogue. Pricing is in our B2B-environment very complicated and depends on a lot of different conditions.

The actual price will be determined when simulating the order ('On Order') and only thereafter the actual price will be shown in the ISA GUI.

You could replicate the pricing in a TREX but I don't know if the prices could be used from the catalogue itself.

Regards, Astrid
