Force inspection completion.

Dear SAP Friends,

I want to restrict the force inspection completion.

i.e. without feeding characteristics results data no one can do direct UD.

So how it will be possible.

please guide.

You can do this by assigning a user profile or by authorisation also

Assigne "Required characterisctics" in control indicator for all MIC's.. system will give u the warning massage.. if you release that lot without entering the results.

The authorization object that controls this action is Q_INSP_FIN Inspection Completion with Open Char./Insp.Pts Req. Conf.

The fields are defined:

Plant (WERKS)

Inspection type (QPRUEFART)

A different authorization can be assigned for each inspection type.

If the user has this authorization, he can complete the inspection for inspection lots in the corresponding plants and with the specified inspection type, without having to confirm the required characteristics.
