Hi everybody,

I have created several Quotes by using VA21. I have created these quotes in Sales

Org 2010, and 2011. When I try to Access the quotes, created in 2010, using

VA22 or VA23, I got an error saying "SD document # is not in the database or has been archived"

Please help me to fix that above problem. Thanks in advance !

Check these threads

[UC_OBJECTS_NOT_CHARLIKE |;

[Runtime error UC_OBJECTS_NOT_CHARLIKE |;

You can also check in table VBAK whether the quote references are exists.

Hi,

You work on the production system or test system?

First i would suggest that you check the short dumps using ST22 tranaction.

Second check if you notice any update terminates via transaction SM13.

Hi,

After looking at the error detail in ST22. I have the following information :

Runtime Errors : UC_OBJECTS_NOT_CHARLIKE

In subroutine :FORM format_symbolvalue

The error line : if <value_raw> co '0123456789 '.

Dear Nguyen,

This is purely a Basis-Job.

My recommendation: Contact your Basis-Admin, immediately.

As there are works, which could be performed by SD-Consultants, Similarly, Let the BASIS-Person to work-Up on it.

He may also guide you to learn the cause of the Error, and the Solution, if your are interested.

Best Regards,

Amit

Note: You may get several links, but neither you nor the provider will come to know about the cause nor solution. Try it.
