Quality certificate create

Hi Experts,

Can anybody please help me,

I have made delivery for sales order.In QC20 I am trying to create Quality certificate for customer but facing following error

No messages for initial processing exist

where I am wrong.

Dear Raja,

Please maintain in QC20,

Output type LQCB,

Transmission medium : 1

sort order : 01

Processing mode : 1 if your executing for first time.

Hi,

In the certificate profile char view,chechk whether u choosen the right combination of result selection,result orgin,inspection specification orgin.u must select the possible allowed combinations.

Hi Raja,

I hope you would have assigned the Material,plant and customer also at QC15.

Now print to the COA, you must have an inspection lot with UD processed (completed)

Provide the Inspection number to QC21 and execute, a small window will populate where you need to select the Radio Button for "Customer" and then provide the customer number to QC21 and take print.

In the certificate profile char view combination as follow :

Result selection -- 3 Original value,

Result orgin -- 01 Inspection Result

Inspection specification orgin -- 01 Inspection specification from QM

Text Element -- 0005 Accepted or Rejected

Dear Raja

In VV21 or VV22 make sure that you maintain 1) Customer, 2) Function : SP 3) Meduim 1 4) Date/Time : 3

click on communication button : give printer details, print immediately etc,

and in print setting maintain the FORM (important)

Please try with these settings

I have made all setting as per you said. But same error facing.

Sorry to ask you but can you tell me again step by step procedure for certificate creation so I will come to know where I do make mistake.

Hi Gajesh,

Good morning.

1. Create certificate profile-QC01

2. Assign Material - customer QC15

3. Create certificate recipient VV21

4. Maintain Inspection type 10 MM02
