Help needed on Idoc - Jdbc scenario

Hi ,

We have a IDOC - XI - JDBC scenario.when we post a IDOC from R3 it is showing successful in we02 with status 03 and there are no errors in SM58 of R3 system but the Idoc Is not reaching XI.This interface has been working fine from many months and there are no ports or anything changed.

Please provide me with some pointers to check where the Idocs are missing.

Hi,

I guess then your messages are stuck in queues, so better check the inbound & outbound queues in both systems. If some of messages are in error then cancel them and then try to process the messages from the queue..

Check IDX1 to see if it is proper and also check IDX2.

Did you check in IDX5 on XI system? See if you see IDOCs there.

I even checked in IDX5 but there are no Idocs found there also.

Any other pointers.

In SM58.. while querying.. did you use your log in id? Remove it.. it comes by default..!! Then check if you have anything coming up in results..!!

I am sure they are not reaching XI at all..

Vijay, I removed the userID and checked with '*' itself.

I am not sure but did you check smq1 ad smq2 on ECC?
