Does anyone have or can any one point me to the a description of the text files and the fields it contains?

For:

*_Risk.txt

*_risk_ruleset.txt

*_function_permission.txt

*_function_action.txt

You cna find details about all these files in the Appendix A section of the AC 5.3 config guide.
