Hello,
we use the RfcEngine service of the WebAS for ABAP --> Java communication. On the ABAP side the used BAPI for the remote call have a namespace prefix like '/NAMESPACE/<BAPI name>'. On the Java side the counterpart of the BAPI must be a stateless session bean (SSB) registered under the same BAPI name ('/NAMESPACE/<BAPI NAME>') in the JNDI tree. My problem is to register the SSB in the JNDI tree, because the slashes ('/') are interpreted as flag for a sub-folder. In this case the RfcEngine service is not able to find the requested SSB in JNDI tree.
Can someone give me hint how to handle this kind a of BAPI which uses a ABAP namespace-prefix on the Java side?
best regards,
Markus
Hi Markus,
To my knowledge this is a known and fixed problem.
What is the release you use.
I believe the fix should be avaialbe in the newest release (SP14 and on)
Let me know if you use Sp14 or newer and the problem still persists.
Kind regards, Angel
