Customizing workcenter (solman_workcenter)

Has anyone been able to add transactions to workcenter? We have some reports that we would like to add under reports in tabs change management and Incident management under workcenter (solman_workcenter). There is a sap note 1160651 that hints that it can be done, but it references solution manager sap help and there I see nothing about adding a SAP GUI Transactions.

Any hints?

Hello Avrohom,

I assume you have done the basic settings already. When you go to transaction PFCG and select your roles you derived from SAP_SMWORK_INCIDENT_MAN (Work Center: Incident Management) and

SAP_SMWORK_CHANGE_MAN (Work Center: Change Request Management) you might add in the "Menu" tab below e.g. "Incident Management" your own report or transaction using the appropriate button. Hope that information is somehow helpful.
