Position of variables in SAPscript

Hi ,

I am new to SAPscript......

In my MAIN window where I have created a table .....

I am displaying variables as

&wa_final-matnr(R)& ,,,, &wa_final-vtext& ,, &wa_final-rds(R)&

,, are for tabs ( I am not very much clear with tabs also : right or left align anything ...)

the problem is : data is displayed like

material1 materia1 description 2.5

material233 material descrip 2.3

ie in second line when characters in a variable increase or decreases then for the next variable also position is changed

ie position of variable wa_final-vtext is chagning when material233 ( longert ext is displayed)

How can I solve the problem... Is there any way by which variables can be displayed regardless of the number of characters in the variables before it .....

If tabs are the option then how exactly to use them...I could not find a proper documentation for them...

using tabs you can disply the values in order...

in paragaraph format you can use tabs...... with left alignment
