Dear sir,

Where can I see initial response time for a message ? In crmd_order ? or in crm_dno_monitor ? How?

Hi Gates,

From crm_dno_monitor------choose ticket

and go inside it.

There will 3 tabs for you because initial response/ resolution time etc are used in SLA of Service desk

Items Details tab you can see this.

But if you are talking about

Requested start and end date -


it is visible in fast entry tab.
