Can any one suggest whether there is any Best practice building block available for the Job work Scenario. i.e. Reverse of Subcontracting.
For example- One Company does the Manufacturing of product X based on Make-to-Order Scenario . It also takes Job work and produces the product. But in case of Job work, it uses the Raw material of the Customer and hence when returning the Finished Goods it has to return the Scrap generated.
