Hi Experts,

Can anybody solve my problem please.

I am creating sales order for quantity 200 unit but system giving following error.

The confirmed quantity - 90.000 KG - can only be reduced

Actually I want to create sales order. Against that sales order I want to create production order & want to do delivery og that sales order. But that time I am facing error

No schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date

Diagnosis

There are no schedule lines due for the given order item up to the date chosen.

System Response

The system does not create a delivery item for this order item.

Procedure

Check whether the order item to be delivered contains confirmed schedule lines.

If this is the case, set the selection date further into the future if you still want to create a delivery for this item.

Hi,

From your explanation it seems that you are doing MTO process.

Here after confirming the production order, and posting the stock with MB31 for that production order.

Did you carry out availability check once again in VA02?

Pls clarify if my understanding is wrong.

I done availability check in VA02. It show open quantity 200 unit & confirmed quantity 0.

Hi Abhee,

First of all thanks to you for your quick reply.

Basically I am QM consultant. I have made QM setting in material master. So my scenario is

1. Create sales order.

2. create production order against that sales order

3. confirmation of production order in CO15.

4. When I confirm order & do goods movement in CO15, stock goes to QM stock.

5. Then I do result recording & Usage dicision & post stock to unrest. stock ( sales order stock )

Till this there is no problem.

But when I am do delivery to customer for same sales order, I am facing following error

No schedule lines due for delivery up to the selected date

I don't know where I am wrong.

Please check in MD04 whether the stock is updated with respect to sales order number.

Hi,

Pls check the delivery date according to the schedule lines in the Sales order. The date is usually derive from the settings that are maintained in Material Master.

The date will be different from the date of the sales order. So, take the confirmed delivery date as given in the schedule lines of the sales order and create delivery (in VL01n)giving that date. You can be proceed further.

Hi,

Now at item level go to Schedule line data and click Go to - item availability. System will carryout the availability check and propose possible date of delivery, select delivery proposal. now you can see that the material is confirmed for 200 quantity for a date.

Create delivery by giving the same date in VL01n.
