Can anybody tell me, how to delete IBase entry from IB52 screen in Solman ?

I want to delete an old entry that i created for my solman system in IB52 but am not seeing any Tab to delete it from there . Plaese help me out.

Just use the "cut" function and don't paste afterwards.

Hello my Friends. The "cut" function don`t works to me. Always when I save and return to transaction IB52, the entries come back. Can you help?

Hi,

Initially "Cut" function didn't work for me. It worked after i applied SAP Note: 1049800.

Steps i executed:

1. I applied this SAP Note: 1049800.

2. Go to IB52->Choose Installed base as "SOL_MAN_DATA_REP" and continue.

3. Select the system(you want to delete).

4. Choose the button(top leftmost side) "Display->Change" to edit.

5. On the leftside navigation, only the selected system will appear now.

6. Now choose the "Cut" function and Save the changes.

Go back and execute IB52 again. You won't find the system now.

Rahul,

You cann't delete it from IB52.

Go to SMSY and DSWP, delete all your systems and solutions.

Recreate your systems in SMSY and solutions in DSWP agian.

Now go to DSWP->Edit->Initial Data Transfer for IBase.

you are done.

you can delete it in IB52.
