Dear all,
We have customers with more than one delivery adress.
Is it possible to configure the system that it takes automaticly the right adress regarding some criterias?
If yes, how can we configure theses criterias?
Thanks and best regards,
Thomas
Hi,
As rightly said by our member the delivery address is picked by the system on the basis of Ship-to-Party. If you want difference addresses for same customer you have to maintain different ship to parties according to address & assign them to sold to party. In sales order the user will have the option to select required ship to party according to the address.
Please check if you can use following user exits for the smae.
User Exits for Partner Determination
EXIT_SAPLV09A_001
EXIT_SAPLV09A_002
EXIT_SAPLV09A_003
EXIT_SAPLV09A_004

Hi,
As mentioned before, create multiple ship-to party and assign to the sold-to party.
When the user creates the sales order, they can enter the ship-to party number straightaway, if they know whhere to ship in advance, and the system can pick the sold-to based on the ship-to in the sales order.
If the user does not know the ship-to number, then the user can enter the sold-to number in the sales order and the system will display all the ship-to numbers assigned to it and the user can select the correct ship-to number.
This is standard SAP functionality.

Hi Thomas,
In standard the delivery address is taken from Ship-to party and can be changed manually in delivery. You can create your own determination using delivery user-exits.
