No system for selection

Hi,

I tried create new maintenace transaction. On step Plan Maintenance I selected product 'Solution Manager' but no system appeared in System List.

Solution Manager 7.0 SPS17

Who anybody knows how it resolve?

I have ST-ICO 13, ST-400 15.

is there any note as per this composite..

Are you talking about note 1247550?

i believe this note will not be applicable for my configuration since its less then 17.

we too have configured systems, logical components, added into solution, but it could not display in system, components list at MOPZ.

could you please be more specific about ur reply....

hi Alex,

I have created System name ECC under SAP ERP2005 in SMSY, but did not established RFC connection between ECC and Solution manager, Do you want me to establish RFC connection also?

I created manually ECC system and assigned Logical components(named ZERPxxx), assigned hostname and instance, not assigned Database and other fields...

Anything is left?

we solved the problem by assigning System with logical components correctly.

1) please check your required sysytem exists ( in tcode smsy)

2) in project admin-- system landscape please assign required logical component

this could solve your issue

Hi,

This is because you haven't maintained the solution landscape for the solution.

Select your Solution and Goto Solution Landscape->Solution Landscape Maintenance.

Check whether the system is assigned to your solution. if not assign the system to your solution.

This will solve your problem.

System exist in system landscape.

Logical component was assigned to system

After that logical component was added to solution and then system was putted in solution.

BUT... when I select product in maintenance transaction no system appears for selection.

Do you have any ideas?

Problem solved. SAP note 1247550
