change validity for Rebate agreement

Hi Gurus,

How can I extend all rebate agreements which ended on 31/12/2008 to 31/12/2009.

Kindly explain the steps on how to change the Validity ending date.

Hi Bawa

Use t.code VB(D to extend the rebate documents .So when you run then you extend those Validity dates by giving the rebate agreement number

According to my understanding you can change the validity end date of all the Rebate agreements collectively with Tcode MASS.

Hi Bawa,

You can use transaction VB(D to extend all your rebate agreements. If you want just ot change the valid to date for all agreements you have to do it manually agreement by agreement or develop a new report.
