shopping cart stuck

hi Gurus

iam getting an issue that my shopping cart has been stuck.so where can i see the solution.can i use

the bbp_pd to check SC.please suggest me at the earliest.points will be rewarded.

Hi Sumani,

Also check the Application monitors --> Shopping Cart in the Web. You will get a hint as to what may be the problem.

Yes You can check the details of shopping cart by TCode BBP_PD

Analyze the shopping card details there and you will surely find the cause of stuck.
