What are differences between IDES Solution?

Hello Guru,

Could you tell me what are differences between IDES Solution as detail below?

I try to find a documentation but I can not found them in info page.

I would like to install IDES ECC6. Which is IDES Solution I should to download.

You can go to the path: Installations and Upgrades -> SAP Application Components -> IDES SOLUTIONS

IDES SOLUTIONS

• IDES EA-DFPS 6.03

• IDES IS-CWM 6.03

• IDES IS-PS-CA 600

• IDES OIL-600

• IDES RETAIL-600

• IDES SEM-BW 6.0/7.00

Hi,

Firstly, IS is meant for Industry Solutions which means the SAP Components are specifically developed for respective Industries, for example: IS-OIL, IS-MINING, IS-RETAIL, IS-SEM, is for Oil basin companies [Industries], Mining companies, Retail Industries, and SEM for Strategic Enterprise Management respectively.

So, the SAP Components which are required for CLIENT IMPLEMENTATION those can be dowloaded or purchased from SAP Service Market Place.

Dear Thanarat,

The different IDES downloads are for different business scenarios for example. IDES OIL for OIL vertical/establishments, IDES RETAIL for retail vertical etc. Please download and install according to your/customer/client need.
