Procurement with account assignment category F

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii Experts,

I have a requirement.I am making a PO with account assignment category 'F'. There i am giving production order in account assignment tab of item in PO.Now after doing GRN with movement type 103 and QI with mov. type 105 it is not going to stock.It is getting consumed.

My question is can we procure material and stock it with account assignment category 'F' and production order.If yes, how.What I am missing.please guide.

Hi,

I am really interested in your issue. Find below what I have to say:

1. Check a/c assignment configuration for category F.

SPRO>MM>Purchasing>Account Assignment>Maintain Acc Assign Categories

Here check box "Goods Receipt" should be ticked.

2. Open your production order in CO02, on Goods receipt tab check the same indicator is ticked or not (It may be greyed out).

3. Check whether material is maintained properly in MM or not, in terms of whether it can be stocked or not.

Update the thread with your findings.

Thanks for reply.I have checked that one.

1.For acc. ass. cate. F goods receipt indicator is ticked.

2.In production order same is ticked under goos receipt tab.

3.for material storage locatin is maintained in stor. loc.stock. view.

Only thing which i have found is that i have not given storage location for line item in production order.is it the problem or something else.
