Number range problem

Dear All,

I have maintained no range at CRMC_NR_RA_SERVICE and DNO_NOTIF. CRm internal is basis external and vise versa.

But still I am getting error 513 message cannot be created.

What could be the reason>

Points would be rewarded

Nikhil,

When you post the message from Help->create support first the Basis part is created so check all the seting for DNO_Notif

if u r creating from crmd_order then check for CRM or slfn...

Secondly pls check all the basic seting u have done .....including the Service Desk BC sets activation etc.

Any specific BC set need to be activated. Please let me know. I have activated maximum of them.

hi,

Activate action "Create/edit ABA message form CRM message" and define condition for this.

Nikhil,

check the Bcos_cust table entry and

do the authorization check etc for the RFC which you hav given here.

Also check the necessary authorization for the person who is posting the ticket.

With these no range message is creating with error 513 but when I check in CRM_DNO_MONITOR message is there but with the no as 1,2,3... and so on.
