what is the best practice for including an url or a link in a page?

Hi Asadullah,

There are different ways to do it.

1) If you want to get it displayed on the portal: create an iview from the template URL iview and then configure the same to the URL you want.

2) If you want it through webdynpro Java application then you can use different UI elements available such as LinkToUrl.

Elaborate your requirement.
