Dispatcher has stopped

Hi everyone,

This sounds a bit old but sadly I am unable to resolve this issue..and has been hitting me everytime. Your feedback will be highly appreciated.

Problem: (OS - win 2K3, SAP ECC6)

When I start my SAP via MMC, the dispatcher first goes green then into "queue standstill" mode and finally the dispatcher turns off.

ORA-28000: the account is locked

Unlock user SAPSR3 at DB level and try to start the system again, if it fails most likely its a problem with the OPS$ users... then check SAP Note 400241

To unlock the user just use following command in an sql prompt,

ALTER USER SAPSR3 ACCOUNT UNLOCK;
