Nw04 ABAP system installation error

Dear Friends,

I am trying to install ECC5 ABAP instance and when it comes to installing the database instance. I am getting strange error message.

I gave full permissions to Administrator and <SID>ADM on all drives but I am getting following error; that would be appreciated if you could help me on this...

OS: Windows 2003 EE with SP2

DB: Oracle 9.2.0.4

FYI: - I see DATA folder is exists but still not recognizing
