Hai,

When you get the status as 'Incorrect' then it means that there is problem in processing or no 'Missing output'.

Plese check the below link for more details:

Hi,

Try to print by giving printer name as LOCL and see if it prints.

In SPAD Just check the

Host printer

Host Name

If its a network printer try to give Host printer as %default% and see if it works.

"Processing completed by spool work proces" means sap work process completed its job.

Please check the printer queue in unix/windows where its defined.

Also check if the physcial printer is able to print non sap outputs

When you get the error,Find the type of printer to see if it uses frontend printing (using SAPLPD) or network printing.

If it is front end printing, the possibility is that communication between SAPLPD which runs on the users PC and the printer is having problem. Try restarting SAPLPD. Even when the printer is out of paper you will get this error ( you never know).

If it is a network printer, you have to check the host on which the printer is defined.

Check the queue in the server. If you see a big queue then Check the communication from the spool host to the printer by using ping.

See if these helps.
