Problem in releasing request

Hi

I am facing a problem while releasing transport oif copies. I have created a TC which contains a Workbench request. When I am releasing the request its not getting released. it gives message at bottom of the screen " tp successfully connected" and does not move further neither it gives any error.

If its a local request then its getting released immediately. I created a virtual system in TMS and connected to the system from where I am releasing the request. This virtual system is mentioned in target of the request. Transport tool and transport route check also not giving any error.

Any idea what could be the problem?
