Can I install oracle 10.2 on SAP 46B R/3
Is there any note or any limitations for this.

For a start, have a look at SAP note 976457:
The installation of 4.6B on Oracle 10g on Windows is only supported for Upgrade purposes!
Not sure if there is a similar SAP note for 4.6B on Oracle 10g on Unix.
