NWBC Connection Error

Hi Experts,

I have installed NWBC Version: 10000.1.0.500 and using portal version is 7. When i try to connect the portal from NWBC I am getting the following error.

Failed to load content from connection SIP! (error: page not found (404))

My connection setting:

type : portal

host : portal name from the portal url

port : port from the portal url

language : en

user : portal user

Do we need to do any configuration in portal? Have i missed anything?

Trace file extract:

ERROR <NWBC::CBackendConnection> | CPortalBackendConnection::getNavigationTree: server returned HTTP error code 404

ERROR <NWBC::CBackendConnection> | failed to startup connection SIP!

ERROR <NWBC::CConnectionManager> | failed to startup backend connection SIP! (error code 80070005)

ERROR <NWBC::CConnectionManager> | Failed to load content from connection SIP! (error page not found (404), error code 80070005)

DEBUG <NWBC::CFoundation> | EvLoadingConnectionFailed(which SIP, error Failed to load content from connection SIP! (error: page not found (404)))

DEBUG <NWBC::CDalClientApp> | EvLoadingConnectionFailed(which SIP, error Failed to load content from connection SIP! (error: page not found (404)))

Hi,

No you don't have to do any configuration on the portal side.
