Remove availablity check

Dear Friends,

I wants to remove availablity check for a return delivery. can you suggest the path from where i can remove availablity check, as i am getting error that 0 quantity is available during delivery creation.

Please suggest the solution.

You should use customizing IMG Sales and Distribution->Basic Functions->Availability Check and Transfer of Requirements->Availability Check->Availability Check with ATP Logic or Against Planning->Determine Procedure For Each Delivery Item Category and put 'X' for each return item category. That's all.

Dear Kraheja

First check what is your schedule line category flowing in return sale order. Normally, it would have been DN.

So go to VOV6, select your schedule line category and untick the box "Availability". Also ensure that the movement type assigned there is either 651 or 655.

and what will be schedule line cateogry for consigment pickup?

Hi

The schedule line catergory for consignment pickup are

F0 ConsPickup w/o AvCh-- this one's without availability check

F1 ConsPickup w. AvCh- with availability check

I am sorry by oversight, I have indicated the schedule line category as DN which should have been F1 for consignment pick up.

Hi Lakshmi,

I am also having schedule line category as F0 and F1 and I am using F0, but during creating delivery I am getting error message that no stock available, whereas we are having stock in system with customer stock. i am not able to conclude how this error is coming and what is the reason. The error message number is VL150. Is there is any issue releated to configurations or something with material master?

Please provide some help for resolving the issue.

Hi kraheja

Check the following data has been maintained or not in MMR

Availability check is 02 (sales general plant tab)

Check the checking group as 10 assigned in (general plant data 1 tab)

Check the MRP type maintained or not

So go to VOV6 and check for F0 wheather the availability check and TOR are checked or not

Hi

Go to OVM1 choose the message type VL150 and convert that from error to warning and go ahead with your processing

This message SAP has given us for customization

So we can alter

Moreover availability check happens in our plant

Consignment pick up we are taking stocks (our stocks) from the customers place to our place

availablity check is meaningless in Consignment pick up schedule line category

Hi,

Go to VOV6 and select your schedule line category which is determined in your return order.

In that you will find availability just uncheck that and save the setting.

Try this one out and tell us whether it is working or not
