Distorted screens with standalone ITS

Hi,

We've installed a standalone ITS for a 4.7 system.

All the relevant post installation steps have been completed, however the easy access screen on the browser appears dIstorted (things are not located where they are supposed to be) when you open it with firefox & a blank screen ensues with IE.

Hello,

I would recommend reinstalling the ITS instance and making sure to install the webgui service. It sounds like something might be missing from the webgui service.

If that does not resolve the issue then please give a specific example of a screen element that is "distorted" in the Firefox browser. Thanks.
